As part of the Taste the Mediterranean festival, three gastro workshops were held at Aspira College.
On Thursday, October 8th, chef Marin Rendić from the restaurant Apetit by Marin Rendić cooked with the students in the culinary practicum, and on Friday the students prepared octopus with the most famous Greek chef Dina Nikolaou using traditional Greek recipe, after which we organized tasting of Spanish wines with sommeliers Siniša Koceić and Alen Gulan.
