Department of Lifelong Learning at University College Aspira organized Food and beverage manager training program. Lecturers and workshop leaders within the training program were top experts, renowned chefs and servers, such as: Zdravko Perić, Hrvoje Zirojević, Željko Neven Bremec, Tonči Drlje; the award-winning sommeliers, bartenders, baristas and confectioners: Siniša Koceić, Alen Gulan, Jure Vojković, Tomislav Mrdeža and Cvita Lolić.
After finishing this training program, the attendants will be able to: create and organize offers for the food and beverage department, create financial plan for the food and beverage department, design work plan for the staff at the food and beverage department, manage the quality of service, choose the method of presentation and advertising of the food and beverage department, communicate in an appropriate way and use the rules of etiquette in their relationship with the staff and guests, apply the principles of the HACCP system, use contemporary gastro trends as well as the trends in serving food, designing menus according to nutritionist recommendations, etc.
