Lifelong Learning Department of the Aspira University College, in cooperation with the Contemporary Education Center in Split, organizes a training program for Chefs.

START: SPLIT AND ZAGREB – ENROLLING NOW!

Registration is done at the Contemporary Education Center in Split and Zagreb, at Mike Tripala 6 – Split and Heinzelova 62a – Zagreb, and the courses will be held at Aspira University College, Domovinskog rata 65.

Course items:

Restaurant goods and equipment (6 hours)

Hygiene (6 hours)

Safety at work (4 hours)

Practical lessons in the culinary practicum (10 days)

Practical lessons in a restaurant (10 days)

Duration of the program is 120 hours.

The program is approved by the Ministry of Science and Education and entered into an e-workbook.
